Hi! I'm Li-a (pronounced "Leah"). I love to create things - mostly digital art, including pixel art. My pronouns are she/her.

I know that usually an internet bio would include things like my zodiac signs, MBTI, sexuality, ethnicity, and all that jazz. But I ain't writing all that. I feel that many of those details are private and unneccesary to understand me or my work. However, if I produce something that compels me to share any of this information later on I will update my bio to reflect that.
About this Website
I made this website as a central hub for all my internet activities under this username. After spending a couple years posting on several different platforms, I grew tired of switching between them all without having a place on the internet that truly felt like my own. I had (and still have) a Carrd page, but Carrd is only really optimized for single-page static sites and I wanted more than that for my internet HQ. Thus, I began working on a personal website.
For the design itself, I took a lot of aesthetic inspiration from retro computing and retrofuturistic aesthetics including Frutiger Aero. The Wii's UI in particular has always been the absolute coolest to me, so I integrated some of its design choices into my website. There's a dash of cyberpunk influence in my website's design as well.
Most of the assets and code are my own, but I did use a few resources from other people. Even though the website layout is (mostly) my own, I started with one of eggramen's free website layouts and modified it heavily from there. The background image is also my creation, which was the product of following this tutorial from Slynyrd.
